All earrings are handcrafted using 925 sterling silver, a material known for being hypoallergenic due to its high silver content, making it gentle on sensitive skin. All earrings are unsuitable for return.

About Our Candle's?

All our candles are made with a natural blend of rapeseed and coconut wax, offering a clean, safe, and environmentally friendly burn. Our wax blend is sustainably sourced, making our candles a choice you can feel good about—for both your home and the planet. We offer a wide range of colours and scents to suit everyone’s preferences. As each candle is handcrafted to order, they are non-returnable.

How Can I Contact Customer Service?

Do You Offer Exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What Should I do If My Item Is Damaged Or Incorrect?

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you find that an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at Customerservice.inspires@gmail.com so we can address the issue promptly.

How Long Does It Take To Process A Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

What Is Your Return Policy?
We have a 14-day return policy for domestic customers and a 21-day return policy for international customers. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please contact us at Customerservice.inspires@gmail.comto initiate the return process.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items?
For clarity, certain items are non-returnable, including Earrings, Candles, Chopping boards and All Copper Items. If you have questions about a specific item, do not hesitate to reach out for clarification.
