Placing an order is simple and secure through our website. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll package your items and ship them out as quickly as possible.

Our candles are made to order and take approximately 1–2 days to craft and ship, as each one is customised with care to meet your preferences!

We offer standard delivery with tracking provided on all orders.

Our return policy allows customers 14 days to request a return and refund, while international customers have a period of 21 days.

To initiate a return, please package your order securely in a sealed bag, ensuring that the order number slip is included inside for identification and confirmation. Please note that we cannot process your refund without the order number slip in the returned package.

Once you indicate your intention to return the item, you will receive a return label via email. It is important to understand that all postage costs and responsibilities rest with the customer, as we cannot accept liability for lost returns. Please allow up to 10 days for postal returns to reach us. Once our team receives your returned order, we will process your refund within 5 days.
