Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch your order within two days of your placement. For more details on tracking your order, please visit our delivery page! Enjoy free delivery on all orders exceeding £50!

Returns + Refunds

Our return policy allows customers 14 days to request a return and refund, while international customers have a period of 21 days.

To initiate a return, please package your order securely in a sealed bag, ensuring that the order number slip is included inside for identification and confirmation. Please note that we cannot process your refund without the order number slip in the returned package.

Once you indicate your intention to return the item, you will receive a return label via email. It is important to understand that all postage costs and responsibilities rest with the customer, as we cannot accept liability for lost returns. Please allow up to 10 days for postal returns to reach us. Once our team receives your returned order, we will process your refund within 5 days.
